Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email handling, and internet browsing
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with Photoshop or Canva
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Positive, customer service-oriented mindset
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information
  • Maintain a neat reception area and manage visitor logs
  • Support admin tasks, including mail handling, meeting scheduling, and office coordination
  • Assist in recruitment support and other tasks assigned by the management
  • Help with basic design tasks using Canva or Photoshop
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for daily documentation and communication
  • Assist with client follow-up or telemarketing as part of team support.
  • Must be proactive, professional, and able to multitask efficiently
