- Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods.
- Communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and present sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
- Facilitate the collection of booking payments and initial deposits from new clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update a CRM system to track client interactions and sales progress.
- Conduct market research to assess customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors.
- Assist in sales promotions, product presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
