Key Responsibilities
– Engage with clients and property investors to understand their needs and offer suitable project options.
– Manage the full sales process from inquiry to agreement, ensuring smooth client communication at every stage.
– Collaborate with colleagues and the marketing team to convert leads into successful transactions.
– Conduct property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups professionally and on time.
– Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and market insights for reporting purposes.
– Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and referral networks.
– Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing changes, and competitive projects.
Requirements
– 4–5 years of relevant experience in property sales.
– Proven ability to achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English.
– Good understanding of Dhaka’s real estate market and buyer behaviour.
– Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and social platforms.
